Referrals for health, shelter, substance use, counseling, legal issues and other referral agencies offered every day during phone hours. Anonymous or confidential free HIV testing for people 12 years and older. Sexually Transmitted Infections
(STI) clinic for all genders. Other tests available are TB testing, pregnancy testing, and hepatitis testing. Peer counseling is also available. Phone hours are Mon-Fri, 3:00-9:00 PM; Sat, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM; and Sun, 4:00-7:00 PM. Please leave a voicemail with phone number and we will call you back. Please call at 5:45 PM, Mon or Wed-Fri, to make an appointment for the same evening. Drop-in for women, trans, gender queer, gender nonconforming individuals available Saturdays, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM. Drop-in for cisgender men on Sundays, 4:00-7:00 PM.

Center for Human Developmentās Empowerment Program offers two weekly youth groups in Antioch and Pittsburg where LGBTQIA+ youth (ages 13-19) from East County learn leadership skills to help them flourish in their schools and communities. Activities include a support group, educational workshops, social activities, and field trips. Support is also offered to families. Call for locations, days, and times.

National legal and advocacy organization dedicated to achieving full civil and human rights for all lesbians and their families. NCLR provides litigation, legal resources, advocacy, and community education. NCLR leads the struggle to win equal protections and benefits for same-sex families.

We offer support to the LGBTQIA+ community from 12 to 100 years old. Our youth program provides emotional support, guidance, case management, peer support and education for those between 12 and 23 years old. The center also offers case management and mental health therapy for adults, as well as food pantry services, transgender support groups, senior groups and activities, social groups and other programs. Please call for more information.
Hours of services: Mon-Fri 1:00 to 6:00 PM.
Languages spoken: English, Spanish, Portuguese. Interpreters available: Spanish and Portuguese.
Cost of services: Services are free of cost except for mental health therapy. For counseling we accept Medi-Cal and use a sliding scale for payment.

Connecting the LGBTQIA+ Community. Provides peer group support and counseling services and resources. Pacific Center is a dynamic volunteer driven organization meeting LGBTQIA+ community for nearly 35 years. Open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-7:00 PM. Community Drop-in Hours: Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-8:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.
