Must be a Contra Costa County resident to receive benefits. Provides food and clothing to all students, veterans, and residents of Contra Costa County. The Food Room is an outlet of the Contra Costa-Solano Food Bank. Visitors can receive a 3-day emergency supply of food once a month. Visitors to the Clothing Room are welcome to receive clothing 4 times per year.
All services are free.

The food pantry, offered through their St. Vincent de Paul Ministry and located on the side of the rectory on Bacon Street, is open on Wednesdays 9:30-11:30AM and on the 3rd Saturday of each month, 1:00-3:00 PM. Also, people in crisis with utilities, rent and more can receive assistance.

Specialty in serving refugee and immigrant parents, families, and children in Central and East Contra Costa. Bilingual, bicultural services available in Farsi/Dari, Russian, Spanish, Urdu, Pashtu, and English. Individual and family therapy, parenting classes and workshops. School, home, and office-based services. Open to all regardless of ethnic background, religious affiliation, gender, and sexual orientation. Fees for services are on a sliding scale.

You can serve many ways through our four focuses: Royal Family Kids Camp and Mentoring (children ages 7-11), T.R.A.C. camp and mentoring (teens ages 12-15), Brave (girls ages 12-18), and Foster the City (serving our foster families).
- FOOD SECURITY: CONCORD CAMPUS: Designed as a “Farmer’s Market”, we assist families as they shop for food and groceries. Food Collection happens Thursdays at 8:15 AM; Food Sorting happens Saturdays at 10:30 AM; and Food Distribution happens Saturdays at 1:30 PM. BRENTWOOD CAMPUS: Currently has a non-perishable food pantry on-site for the community. As well as, volunteers who deliver food to four senior communities twice a week in the surrounding areas. The Super Center offers lunch 7 days a week, 11:30 AM-12:45 PM. We offer free clothing on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 10:00 AM. The West County Resource Center offers the following at some locations: showers, laundry, phone, case management, mailing address, job and housing assistance to homeless individuals and families. Offers a thirty-bed emergency family shelter. All of these services are free. Provides substance abuse prevention referral services. Services and program information is provided in English and Spanish. For parenting or family support-related classes, job training, or emergency food or shelter, call the Resource Center.

- DONATION FURNITURE PROGRAM
Quality furniture and household item donations are picked up and delivered to those in need by a dedicated team of volunteer drivers. - LINEN PROGRAM
Donations of clean and gently used sheets, blankets, comforters, etc. are given to families in need. Our member churches will have occasional “linen drives” to support this program. - 4TH WEEK FOOD PROGRAM
Qualified families can receive food gift cards when they need assistance in meeting their food needs at the end of the month. The families in this program receive assistance for a limited time until the family can support themselves. - EMERGENCY FOOD PROGRAM
- CCIC member churches supply boxes of food to assist a family in food crisis. These food boxes are kept in the vehicles of county social service workers and are available to their clients when a visit determines an emergency need.
- KITCHEN STARTER KITS
Basic cooking supplies, dishes, and utensils are provided based on family size for those transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing. - CLEANING STARTER KITS
