Back on Track Community Services is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of women/children who have been sexually exploited or trafficked. We use harm reduction and peer mentoring to help women and children achieve their goals for a safe and fulfilling life. Staff and volunteers provide Vital Life Changing workshops, paralegal services, peer mentoring, support groups, education, and help accessing community resources, including health, education, housing programs, referral career services, and Criminal Record Expungements services.
Hours of services: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM.
Cost of Services: Sliding fee scale offered to those that qualify. Services in English and Spanish.

Serves all victims of crime in Contra Costa County. Provides support and information to individuals and families throughout the criminal justice system. Helps victims assert their rights under Marsy’s Law and ensures their voices are heard. Advocates work closely with law enforcement and community organizations to connect victims with important resources. Assists with applications for the California Victim Compensation Board, victim impact statements, and restitution.

Answers crisis calls and local calls to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline including the Spanish-speaking suicide hotline. 211 information and referral manages the countywide online resource database. Provides individual and group grief support and counseling to adults and children mourning the death of a loved one. Language line available for over 140 languages. All services are free and available 24/7.

The Super Center offers lunch 7 days a week, 11:30 AM-12:45 PM. We offer free clothing on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month at 10:00 AM. The West County Resource Center offers the following at some locations: showers, laundry, phone, case management, mailing address, job and housing assistance to homeless individuals and families. Offers a thirty-bed emergency family shelter. All of these services are free. Provides substance abuse prevention referral services. Services and program information are provided in English and Spanish. For parenting or family support-related classes, job training, or emergency food or shelter, call the Resource Center.
