Our Intensive Outpatient Program for adolescents addresses substance abuse and addiction along with any underlying co-occurring mental health concerns. We also focus on developing good social and academic habits and strive to help these young people become more like the person they want to be, without using substances to get there.

Community Health for Asian Americans (CHAA), a community based non-profit organization, is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the historically underserved Asian and Pacific Islander communities living in the East Bay Area. Provides information on the mental health field and the various aspects of mental illness. There are support groups throughout the month, throughout the county. The Family-to-Family class is 12 weeks long and covers every aspect of mental illness. There is never a charge for any of these services. It’s a place to turn to when a family has a loved one diagnosed with a severe mental illness.

People Who Care (PWC) Children Association Afterschool Program serves at-risk youth ages 12-21 and families in East Contra Costa County by providing mental health services (i.e. individual and family therapy, groups, case management, etc.) at no cost to families. PWC Clinical Success Program utilizes a Triage Model, consisting of: a Clinical Therapist, Intervention Specialist, and a Peer Counselor.
